History of Rain of Fire

Overview

Rain of Fire is an Exotic Warlock leg armor piece introduced in Season of the Haunted. Its perk, Soaring Fusilier, reloads your held weapons when you air dodge, improves airborne effectiveness for Fusion Rifles and Linear Fusion Rifles, and grants Radiant after final blows with those weapons.

Acquisition

• Exotic Armor Focusing: Since Bungie's July 15, 2025 update, Novel Focusing for Exotic armor from past expansions is available immediately, without unlocking it through a Rahool rank reset. Before that update, unlocking past-expansion Exotic armor required the rank reset and an Exotic Engram and Exotic Cipher.
• Historical Lost Sector route: Before The Final Shape, Legend and Master Lost Sectors rotated armor-slot rewards. In June 2024, these activities awarded an Exotic Engram instead of a guaranteed slot piece. This is historical and is not a current route guarantee.
