History of Rare Angler

Overview

Rare Angler is a legacy Season of the Deep triumph in Ritual, Fishing. Catch every type of Rare fish.

How to complete

During the original season, complete Gone Fishin' for Fishing Tackle, then bring Bait to fishing ponds in the European Dead Zone, Nessus, and Savathûn's Throne World. Cast, press the interaction button when the bobber dips, and collect the landed fish. Continue at the different ponds to fill missing species rather than only repeating one pond.

Rare fish are the blue-rarity catches. Legendary and Exotic catches do not replace a missing Rare species, and depositing fish at the H.E.L.M. is a later reward action. The original seasonal fishing route retired in June 2024.
