Acquisition

The weapon is the ritual weapon of Season of the Risen. It could be acquired by reaching reputation rank 16 with Commander Zavala, Lord Shaxx, and The Drifter during the season. Alternatively, it was purchasable from the Monument to Lost Lights in the Tower after the season concluded.
