History of Recruits

Recruits is an improvement to the Eliksni Quarter during Season of Plunder. It was the fourth community goal of the Eliksni Quarter event, unlocked when the community total reached 200,000,000 Captain's Coins. The earlier milestones were Cleanup (40 million), The Ether Tank (80 million) and Comforts (140 million), and the goals after it were Housing (260 million), Garden (320 million) and Town Square (400 million).
