History of Research Project

The Research Project is a line of nine weekly research quests given by Failsafe in Echoes on Nessus. Each quest asks the Guardian to gather material for Failsafe's studies, such as Radiolite samples and Vex specimens, and to deposit it at her Radiolite Bay in the H.E.L.M.

The quests are released one at a time, roughly one per week, so the full line takes about nine weeks to finish. The early quests introduce the Piston Hammer, which draws buried Radiolite to the surface. Completing all nine research quests is the requirement for the "More Like Research Bae" triumph, one of the triumphs that make up the Intrepid title.
