History of Revenant Essence

Overview

Revenant Essence is the buff in the Kell's Fall Exotic mission earned by defeating specific enemies in the Revenant Plane, such as Pit Bosses and Weavers. Destinypedia says each lasts 45 seconds and that ten stacks convert into Revenant Empowerment; DualShockers says Weavers drop three motes each.

Where it matters

Essence is the key to damaging Kaniks, the Pit Enforcers, and the final boss Fikrul in the material plane, who are otherwise immune.
