History of Revision Zero

Overview

Revision Zero is a Kinetic Exotic Pulse Rifle from Season of the Seraph, made by Häkke and Clovis Bray. Its intrinsic perk, Hunter's Trace, fires shield-piercing rounds; precision hits grant targeting data and the weapon switches to a mode firing high-damage sniper-style rounds. It fires either a 4-round or 2-round burst. It was the first Exotic weapon with multiple catalysts.

Acquisition

• Complete the Exotic mission Operation: Seraph's Shield (also Operation: Seraph's Shield (Expert)) when it is in rotation; the first completion gives a Deepsight resonance for crafting. Obtainable via the quest "The Hidden Shape" in its season.
• Re-acquirable from the Exotic Kiosk; not verified here.

Catalyst

Four catalysts: Frenzy Refit (Feeding Frenzy, reload speed on rapid kills), Pressurized Refit (Under Pressure, stability/accuracy as magazine drops), Outlaw Refit (faster reload on precision kills) and Four-Timer Refit (Fourth Time's the Charm, two rounds returned on rapid precision hits). In-season they came from the "Should You Choose to Accept It" quest parts; other guides say Legend-difficulty mission completion. Sources differ and may be out of date.
