History of Rusted Gangplank

Overview

Rusted Gangplank is a small, private area in the Cosmodrome connected to Skywatch. It is the trap-filled path that follows the loot cave opening of the Grasp of Avarice dungeon. It is not a patrol landing zone.

Puzzle

The Rusted Gangplank is a trial-and-error section of levers, pressure plates and falling panels. A wrong step triggers an instantly lethal spike trap. Players fight Hive along the way, use a Scorch Cannon to power the batteries that open doors, and climb walls to reach a vent that leads to the first boss, Phry'zhia the Insatiable.

Tips

• Pressure plates on open walkways are spike traps, so jump over them.
• Metal platforms over the pit fold down if you stand on them too long, so keep moving.
