History of Salty Smith

Overview

Salty Smith is a legacy Season of Plunder Ritual, Gear triumph for unlocking seasonal weapon patterns. It contributes to Scallywag.

How to complete

Collect Deepsight copies of the six pirate-themed weapons: No Reprieve, Blood Feud, Tarnished Mettle, Brigand's Law, Sailspy Pitchglass, and Planck's Stride. Extract pattern progress from eligible copies until the required patterns are fully unlocked.

The original season supplied these weapons through Ketchcrash, Expedition, and seasonal focusing. Five extractions unlocked each weapon's pattern. Partly progressing a pattern does not equal unlocking it. Ammit AR2 and Taipan-4fr are world weapons rather than the pirate-themed seasonal set, even though their patterns were introduced in the same season. The original Plunder activity and focusing route retired in February 2023.
