History of Scenic Route

Overview

Scenic Route is the Salvation's Edge challenge for Substratum, filed under The Pale Heart activities. It contributes to Iconoclast and increases the initial Euphony drop chance.

How to complete

During every routing sequence, leave the first Devotee of the Witness alive. This is the first Overload Minotaur encountered on the shorter route. Kill the relevant Keeper Hydra to open the opposite group's onward path, then defeat the later Devotee reached on the longer route.

Call which group is skipping its Devotee before anyone damages it. Repeat the skip-first, kill-second sequence each time; killing the first invalidates the challenge. Continue the normal Resonance plate, conductor, and deposit phases to finish the encounter. Completing all Raid Splinter encounter challenges also opens additional areas in that activity.
