Distributed by Lakshmi-2 in the Tower through Future War Cult engrams and rank-ups during the Faction Rally; Destinypedia lists a purchase price of 15-25 Legendary Shards plus 10 FWC tokens. Ornament sets include War Simulator (Season 2) and Superior's Vision (Season 3).
