History of Smite of Merain (triumph)

Overview

The Smite of Merain (triumph) is a triumph in Destiny 2. Its description states that completing Deepsight Resonance extractions on the Smite of Merain weapon will unlock its Pattern. The triumph requires the player to achieve 5/5 Pattern progress.

How to complete

To complete this triumph, players must acquire the Smite of Merain, a Legendary Pulse Rifle first introduced in Destiny during The Taken King and reprised in Destiny 2 during Season of Plunder. The weapon can be acquired in the King's Fall Raid.

Once the weapon is obtained, players must perform Deepsight Resonance extractions on it. Each extraction contributes to the Pattern progress objective. Five extractions are required to fully unlock the weapon's Pattern and complete the triumph.
