History of Sniper Rifle Mastery

Overview

Sniper Rifle Mastery is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that requires the Guardian to defeat enemy Guardians in the Crucible using a Sniper Rifle. Completing the triumph awards 25 Score.

The triumph consists of three distinct objectives:

• Achieve 100 Sniper Rifle final blows.
• Achieve 25 Sniper Rifle precision (headshot) final blows.
• Complete the Mission Control objective.

How to complete

To complete Sniper Rifle Mastery, the player must engage in Crucible matches. During these matches, the player must equip a Sniper Rifle and secure final blows against enemy Guardians.

The first objective requires a total of 100 final blows with a Sniper Rifle. These final blows can be achieved through any method that results in the elimination of an enemy Guardian, provided the killing blow is dealt by the equipped Sniper Rifle.

The second objective requires 25 precision final blows. A precision final blow is achieved when the Sniper Rifle eliminates an enemy Guardian via a headshot. These 25 precision kills are a subset of the total 100 final blows required for the first objective.

The third objective, Mission Control, must also be completed. The specific actions required to complete Mission Control are not detailed in the manifest data provided, but it is listed as a required objective for the triumph.
