History of Solar Absorption Shields

Overview

Solar Absorption Shields are a Solar shield type that gives enemies a large amount of extra durability. They appear in the Nightmare of Taniks fight of Nightmare Hunt: Isolation, where the boss summons Dregs, Vandals and Shanks carrying them once it drops to a third of its health.

Location

The shields are used in the Nightmare of Taniks encounter. In high-difficulty activities, Shanks can also be equipped with them.

Trivia

Shanks are among the few enemies without a weak spot, so the shield adds to their resilience.
