History of Steady Hands

Overview

Kills give improved handling to all weapons in your loadout for a short duration, regardless of which weapon made the kill. It is a general handling buff rather than a weapon-specific perk.

It rolls on a wide range of weapons, including hand cannons, trace rifles and shotguns. Sources don't give the handling value or the duration in seconds.
