History of Stopping Power

Stopping Power makes the weapon's Kinetic ordinance more likely to stagger combatants. It also increases target acquisition and damage against low-health targets, and increases Aim Assistance.

It rolls on a mix of Kinetic weapons. In PvP, a god roll on Duty Bound uses it as Perk 1, with Lone Wolf as the alternative.
