History of Storm's Surge

Storm's Surge is a perk on the Stormcaller Arc subclass. It is a reward from the Ornamental Container legendary quest step, which is part of Season 12 and begins with Ikora Rey.

Acquisition

• Quest step: Speak with Ikora Rey to start the Ornamental Container step, which lists Storm's Surge among its rewards.
• Subclass: Stormcaller is a Warlock subclass with the super Stormtrance.

Sources disagree on the exact requirement to earn it, with one describing unlocking all four perks of a perk set. Check a current guide before relying on the requirement.
