How to complete

Equip a Strand weapon or subclass and defeat enemies in Neomuna patrol combat and its activities. Use Tangle explosions, Threadlings, and other damaging Strand abilities against groups to take advantage of the ability bonus.

The objective is damage-based rather than merely requiring a Strand subclass to be equipped. Weapon defeats must deal Strand damage to use that route. Continue until the 50-point counter is filled, then claim the record's reward.
