History of Strange Matter

Strange Matter is a material added with the Monument of Triumph update. Guardians gather it from defeating enemies and completing activities in corrupted destinations, and the amounts vary by source. At 50 units it converts into a Strange Signal, and only one signal can be held at a time. Guides disagree on what triggers the "Strange Multiplier" buff.
