History of Strategist

Overview

Strategist is a trait that rewards final blows with class ability energy. Final blows with the weapon generate Class Ability energy, and activating your class ability briefly improves the weapon's Stability.

Where it appears

It rolls on many weapon types. It is a Perk 1 option in guides for The Call, which is a common reason to pick it.
