Per Shacknews its recommended PvE roll is Arrowhead Brake, Accurized Rounds, Dynamic Sway Reduction and Target Lock with a Range masterwork; for PvP it suggests Rangefinder and Tap the Trigger (Game Rant suggests Dynamic Sway Reduction with Vorpal Weapon). Other perks mentioned include Dragonfly, Golden Tricorn and Vorpal Weapon.

Acquisition

Drops from Nightfall strikes only in weeks when it is the featured Nightfall weapon. An Adept version is obtained during Grandmaster Nightfall weeks. Game Rant says you can focus it with Commander Zavala using Vanguard Engrams. Sources disagree on the season label (Season 16 vs. Lightfall era). Craftable status is not stated.
