History of The Breach

Overview

The Breach is a location inside the wall of the Cosmodrome on Earth. It was built in the Golden Age, later became a House of Devils hideout, and was partly opened when Devil Splicers melted down wall metal during the SIVA Crisis.

The Breach connects to Gateway and The Divide.

Appearances

The Breach first appears in Destiny, with later appearances in House of Wolves and Rise of Iron. In Destiny 2 it appears in Forsaken as a temporary version in the quest The Lost Cryptarch, which became inaccessible after the November 27, 2018 weekly reset. It also appears in Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, Season of the Risen and The Final Shape.
