History of The Cinders

The Cinders is a private area on Venus within the Ishtar Sink, where the Fallen House of Winter keeps its flagship, the Wintership Simiks-Fel. It is reached from Winter's Lair, which connects to Ember Caves. The area is also linked to Ash Coves.

The Wintership Simiks-Fel is the personal ship of the House of Winter's Kell, Draksis. Draksis can be found and defeated in the ship's Throne Room during the Scourge of Winter story mission. The Cinders first appeared in Destiny and returned in House of Wolves. Its hostile races are the Fallen, Vex and Taken.
