History of The Communion (triumph)

Overview

The Communion is a triumph awarded for completing the eponymous mission on any difficulty. It is associated with the fourth mission of the The Witch Queen expansion. The triumph grants 15 score.

How to complete

To earn this triumph, the player must complete the objectives of the "The Communion" mission. The mission takes place on Europa inside the Europan Pyramid. The Guardian must navigate the structure while encountering squadrons of Cabal deserters who are attempting to pillage the site.

Key steps within the mission include reaching the Pyramid, finding the Darkness Statue, and disabling Cabal devices that are jamming the Pyramid's movements or shielding enemies. The Guardian must secure the statue and commune with the Darkness at its heart. This process involves defeating various enemies, including Imperial Deserters and Valus Dralgur, while navigating through vents and rooms protected by Darkness Zones where respawning is restricted. The mission concludes after the Guardian successfully communes with the statue.
