History of The Corruption Spreads

Overview

The Corruption Spreads is the intrinsic of Outbreak Perfected, an Exotic Pulse Rifle. Rapid hits and precision kills create SIVA nanite swarms. Enemies that take repeated hits spawn nanites that attack other enemies, so the perk chains damage through a crowd.

Outbreak Perfected's exotic perk Parasitism adds damage based on the number of nanites attached to an enemy. Together the two perks are strong in PvE, since boss hits keep adding nanites. This is tier I. Tiers II through IV share the same description, so the mechanic is identical.
