History of The Elsie Special

Overview

The Elsie Special is a Vesper's Host weapon-restriction Triumph worth 12 Triumph score. Complete the dungeon using only Pulse Rifles and Sniper Rifles, with Corrupted Puppeteer defeated under the qualifying loadouts.

How to complete

Coordinate the restriction with every fireteam member before launching: another player's non-qualifying weapon can prevent completion. Equip a pulse rifle and a sniper rifle in the first two slots, and a Heavy sniper such as Whisper of the Worm in the Power slot. Keep the qualifying weapon types equipped throughout the attempt, including the final encounter, and avoid swapping to a different archetype for boss damage. Plan ammunition and positioning around the sniper loadout. The requirement concerns weapon types; it does not require every point of damage to come from a weapon.
