History of The Frigid Jackal

Overview

Adaptive Frame Sniper Rifle from Season 3 (Warmind). The curated roll is Arrowhead Brake, Flared Magwell and Outlaw, which cuts reload time after precision kills; random rolls add Smallbore, Corkscrew Rifling, Steady Rounds and Quickdraw. The game data here lists Kinetic while the source wiki says Solar, so verify the element in game. The flavor text is a Vanguard marksman's commentary on mobile combat.

Acquisition

Earned through rank-up packages on Mars with Ana Bray, who traded engrams for Seraphite; Warmind Engrams from Sleeper Nodes could also hold it. This is a legacy reputation-era source: the source wiki records that destination tokens and the rank-up system were removed in version 6.3.0 and the vendors moved to the Destiny Content Vault with Beyond Light, so check current availability.
