History of The Path of Burning Steps

The Path of Burning Steps is a Titan Exotic leg armor piece, added in Season 14 (per Destiny Game Wiki).

Overview

• Exotic perk – Firewalker: Solar final blows periodically grant an escalating weapon damage bonus. Since June 2025, the Solar weapon and Ignition damage bonuses also scale with Roaring Flames stacks. The perk also reduces the duration of Suspend, Slow, and Freeze effects on you.
• Slot: leg armor, Titan.

Acquisition

• The in-game source lists Exotic Armor Focusing. Bungie removed Rahool’s reputation track on July 15, 2025 and made Novel Focusing for past-expansion Exotic armor immediately available; check the vendor for current eligibility and requirements.
