History of The Permanent Truth

Overview

The Permanent Truth is a Solar Grenade Launcher that sits in the Power slot. Its flavor text reads "Always do what is right." It uses the Rapid-Fire Frame, which gives it deeper reserves and a faster reload when the magazine is empty, and fires at 150 RPM from a five-round magazine.

The curated roll pairs Volatile Launch (larger blast radius, worse handling and velocity) with Spike Grenades (extra damage on direct hits) and Quickdraw for a fast draw. The random roll pool offers Volatile Launch or Quick Launch barrels and Spike or Sticky Grenades magazines.

Acquisition

It comes from the Vanguard activity pool: complete strikes and earn rank-up packages from Commander Zavala. The source wiki dates it to Season 3, the Warmind era, and describes it as no longer obtainable in the same way; it does not list a crafting pattern.
