History of Thriller Fight

Overview

Thriller Fight is a Festival of the Lost challenge for completing eight waves in Haunted Altars of Sorrow. Completion awards 10 Event Tokens.

How to complete

During the event, launch Haunted Altars of Sorrow, the six-player activity on the Moon. Defend the central altar and defeat approaching Taken, Hive, and Dread. Collect treats dropped by minibosses and deposit them at the defense altar to advance the wave objective.

Use the build phases between waves to add or upgrade defenses. Prioritize enemies approaching the altar, because enemies reaching it reduce the accumulated treats. Complete additional waves across runs until the eight-wave objective finishes; it does not require eight waves in a single run.

At the boss, activate the five ritual sites promptly to awaken the Shriekers and remove its shield. Finishing the boss lets the team complete the activity and start another run if more waves are needed.
