History of Throwback Restricted

Overview

Throwback Restricted is a Crucible playlist (matchmade only). Per game data, only gear of Legendary rarity or lower from the Red War era is allowed. Its loot pool lists Red War era weapons and the Triumphal Anthem armor set. I could not find independent documentation of this mode (Destinypedia's Crucible page does not mention it), so its dates, rules and sunset status are unconfirmed; treat as a limited-time or retired mode.
