Timelines' Vertex is a Legendary Solar Fusion Rifle with an Adaptive Frame, made by Omolon and using Special ammo in the Energy weapon slot. Its flavor text is a quote from Lakshmi-2: "I give you this, to be sure that we meet again." Destinypedia ties it to the Future War Cult. Destiny 2 Wiki lists a curated roll with Spark PS or Torch HS3 sights, Enhanced Battery or Accelerated Coils, and Snapshot Sights.

Destinypedia: acquired from Lakshmi-2 during Faction Rallies.
Destiny 2 Wiki: drops as a possible reward from Legendary engrams; the game text also mentions faction rank-up packages.
Craftable, Adept and sunset status: not stated by the sources opened.
