History of Transmat

Transmat is Golden Age matter-transport technology. Ghosts use it to move Guardians between ground and ship and to retrieve objects. It is not exclusive to Ghosts.

It matters in the Warsat Down Public Event: Guardians defend a fallen Warsat while a Ghost scans and transmats it to the Last City, where Cryptarchs study it. Some weapons also use transmat to recall missed shots to the magazine (per search summaries only).
