History of Trench Barrel

Trench Barrel is a perk of the Legend of Acrius Exotic shotgun, unlocked by its catalyst. After a melee hit the next three shots within five seconds gain +30 reload and +30 handling and 50% more damage; stowing the weapon removes the buff. The catalyst is found via Nightfall strikes and was reduced from 500 to 300 kills.

Earlier reported windows range from three seconds (2021) to five seconds.

Trench Barrel is a barrel-type perk, and it also rolls on other shotguns such as Threat Level.
