History of Triage

Overview

Triage is the completion record for the Triage lore book from Season of the Haunted. It tells the Dark Age story of Commander Zavala, Safiyah and the losses that separated them.

Original unlock

Progress Severance by completing the different Sever missions unlocked through Bound in Sorrow. These completions unlock the book's chapters; the Triage record represents the completed book rather than a separate combat objective. Finish the required seasonal mission set and claim the lore entries.

The original Sever mission route was retired with Lightfall on 28 February 2023. The reward is the completed Triage lore book, with no separate weapon or armor reward.
