History of Tribute

Overview

Tribute is an Iron Banner game mode in the Crucible, a Cabal-themed variant of Supremacy. Defeated opponents drop crests; deposit them at a Cabal Beacon to score. Two beacons appear at once and periodically relocate; you drop held crests on death.

The Hunt

When a teammate reaches a 5-kill streak (Primed), the team gets an energy boost. After a score threshold, Caiatl sends a high-value central beacon guarded by three turrets that increases crest value. Most crests wins.

Iron Banner rank rewards, including Iron Banner weapons and armor.
