Truthspeaker

Overview

The Truthspeaker is a named Grim enemy that can be found in any room of the first encounter in Sundered Doctrine. Defeating it drops the symbol that completes the riddle.

Solving the first encounter

The encounter is called 'Solve the Riddle'. The sentence on the wall uses symbols in a fixed order, and one is missing. Find and defeat a Truthspeaker to get it.

In the encounter room, Subjugators drop lenses when defeated. Place them in empty holders and rotate them so the light reflects toward the target wheel. Turning off the central light source makes the lenses disappear, so you must start over. Lighting the wrong symbol spawns a Tormentor. There is no time limit.

The encounter has three rounds. Round one lights one wheel, round two lights two, and round three lights three. In rounds two and three you must find a Truthspeaker again after each symbol is activated.
