History of Tym

Overview

Tym, Guardian Slayer, is a Vex Mind listed as one of the possible final encounters of the Breach Executable arena from Episode: Echoes. The arena is set in Arcadian Valley on Nessus. The final-boss options listed by Destinypedia include the Choral Minds, Vire (a Tormentor), Polysis and Tym.

Objective

Destinypedia gives the objective as eliminating Tym, and says the alarm and reinforcement signals are centralized on a Minotaur whose uplink to Tym's forces must be destroyed. The page does not describe Tym's attacks or phases. Accounts of the final-boss options differ between guides; a 2024 TheGamer guide describes only the Tormentor fight.
