History of Tyrannocide IV

Overview

Tyrannocide IV is a lore-entry Triumph in The Awoken of the Reef, introduced with Destiny 2: Forsaken. Before the battle over Saturn, Mara Sov prepares a sacrifice against Oryx, the Taken King. Eris Morn and the Harbingers are central to the hidden design, while most of her allies do not know the full plan.

Collect the scattered memory crystals that unlock entries in The Awoken of the Reef. Follow the book’s collectible route and interact with each crystal; these entries are collectible lore, rather than a combat challenge or a Last Wish encounter objective. Unlocking this entry awards its lore page, with no equipment reward.

Availability

Since Destiny 2: Beyond Light launched on 10 November 2020, this legacy lore has been freely readable in the lore menu. Reading it does not increase the frozen count of previously earned pages or complete the retired Chronicler seal.
