Ultralight Rail is a Season 27 rail perk. Lightweight construction greatly increases handling speed and decreases reload speed. It is a rail option, for example on Submersion, a Legendary Combat Bow.

No exact percentage is published for either stat, so the size of the change is best judged by testing the weapon in game.
