History of Umbral Research

Umbral Research is the rank system of the Prismatic Recaster during Season of Arrivals in 2020. Ranks are bought with Twisted Energy, which comes from the Recaster's bounties, and each rank-up gives an Umbral Engram.
Ranks unlock gifts of Light and Darkness in three tiers of seven, and three tiers of Umbral Focusing. Rank 21 unlocks all the gifts. Rank-by-rank wares are listed in community guides, and exact figures vary by source. This is a legacy system from 2020.
