History of Uncommon Angler

Overview

Uncommon Angler is a 10-point Season of the Deep Fishing triumph for catching every Uncommon fish species. It requires one of each species, rather than a total number of duplicate catches.

Original completion

Complete Gone Fishin’ and collect the Fishing Tackle from Suraya Hawthorne. Use Bait at a fishing pond in the EDZ, Nessus or Savathûn’s Throne World. Cast the line, wait for a bite, reel it in and collect the fish that appears on the ground.

Catch all four species:

• Cydonian Cichlid
• At Least It’s a Carp
• Hadrian Koi
• Minueting Mackerel

All four Uncommon species could appear at any of those ponds, so moving between destinations was not required for this particular checklist. Continue fishing until each different species is recorded; extra copies of one species do not replace another.

Availability and reward

The original Season of the Deep fishing activity was removed on 4 June 2024 with Destiny 2: The Final Shape. The triumph awarded 10 Triumph Score. Fish could separately be deposited in the H.E.L.M. aquarium for fishing rewards.
