History of Unspoken Promise

Overview

Adaptive Frame Sword dealing Arc damage from the launch year. The curated roll gives Hungry Edge or Honed Edge, Balanced Guard or Burst Guard, and Relentless Strikes, which grants sword ammo for three quick light hits. At minimum ammo, a perfectly landed uppercut returns one ammo, as the source notes, in both PvE and Crucible. Flavor text: "The promise is in the point of the blade."

Acquisition

Earned through rank-up packages on Io from Asher Mir's reputation track, and also dropped from Io, Gunsmith, faction and Legendary engrams; Asher sold it directly for Io Tokens and Legendary Shards. This is a legacy reputation-era source: the source wiki records that destination tokens and the rank-up system were removed in version 6.3.0 and the vendors moved to the Destiny Content Vault with Beyond Light, so check current availability.
