History of Valley

The Valley is an area of Eternity and one of the two connecting areas of Xûr's Treasure Hoard, alongside Xûr's Dominion. Guardians can explore it from the Hoard.

The purple smoke or purple-haze portal in the Hoard is the way in. Sources disagree on what it leads to: some Magnum Opus guides say it teleports Guardians to the Valley, while a walkthrough for A Window to Eternity describes the portal as leading to a separate arena with a Monument of Triumph overlook. This is not the same area as The Valley, the first round of Dares of Eternity.
