History of Valus

Overview

Valus is a Cabal military rank, the third-highest in the infantry and predecessor to Primus and Dominus. Valus officers command strikes, patrols or prison facilities. Destiny Game Wiki also lists the Val and Valus as leaders of elite units.

Saladin Forge

Lord Saladin became the first human Lightbearer to reach Valus, joining the Cabal War Council in Season of the Risen and rising through martial prowess. The Iron Banner weapon Reghusk's Pledge bears flavor text honoring "their Valus", a reference to him.
