History of Vengeful Whisper

Overview

Vengeful Whisper is a Strand Combat Bow in the primary slot. One guide calls it a reliable bow, with Archer's Tempo or Explosive Head as the ideal perks. It drops from the first encounter (Rathil) and the final boss (Hefnd's Vengeance). It has the dungeon's Sundering origin trait, which grants bonus reload speed and charge rate when you destroy vehicles or break shields.

Acquisition

Dropped by the Warlord's Ruin dungeon (released in Season of the Wish; requires Lightfall and the Annual Pass or Dungeon Key). None of the dungeon's legendary weapons are craftable, and no Adept version is listed in the sources used. The dungeon's exotic is Buried Bloodline.
