History of Vestige of Light

Overview

The Vestige of Light is a quest item from the secret quest for the Navigator catalyst in Ghosts of the Deep. After the base Navigator exotic is obtained, the quest appears in the dungeon.

Steps

Players find three dead Ghost piles and receive a Vestige of Light from each, lasting 90 seconds. The Vestige must be placed at a Hive statue before the timer ends. Defeating the Lucent Acolyte, Thul-Ar, and matching the Hive symbol above it moves the process on. Sources disagree on whether the catalyst can be obtained from every type of run.
