History of Void Charges

Void Charges are the objects players carry and deposit in Pit of Heresy. Destinypedia also calls them Void orbs.

Encounters

• Tunnels of Despair: Hive Knights drop a Void Charge when slain. Players carry the charges to the vessels outside the three doors guarded by ogres. Once charges are placed at each door, the way opens.
• Chamber of Suffering: Players deposit charges in a container beside the blocked door. A team debuff stacks, and a deposit reduces stacks only for the depositing player. One player acting as a runner collecting charges while others defend is suggested.
• Cradle of Damnation: Charges come from Knights and Disciples and are dunked in the centre of the room. After the third charge is deposited, Zulmak enters a damageable phase.
