History of Wraithmetal Mail

Overview

Wraithmetal Mail is the intrinsic perk of The Dragon's Shadow. Bungie's current item record says weapons ready quicker and are more stable; dodging temporarily increases that benefit, reloads the equipped weapon from reserves, improves movement speed, and increases the class-ability stat. Bungie's July 15, 2025 Update 9.0.0.1 patch notes further specify the passive stability and handling benefit and the movement-speed effects.

An older Destiny Game Wiki entry says dodging reloads all weapons and lists a fixed Mobility bonus. That description predates the newer item wording and patch notes; the current item record specifies the equipped weapon.
