Overview

Year 1 of Destiny 2 covers the base game, launched on September 6, 2017 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One (Windows on October 24, 2017), and its two minor expansions, sold together in the Expansion Pass.

Content

Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris - December 5, 2017 (Mercury, Osiris; the Trials of Osiris return came later).
Destiny 2: Warmind - May 8, 2018 (Mars).
Base-game Leviathan raid, and the Dead Orbit, Future War Cult and New Monarchy Faction reputation system and Faction Rally events.

Afterwards

Year 2 began with Destiny 2: Forsaken (September 2018) and the start of the Season model. Sources do not detail Year 1 content beyond the dates above; the Mercury/Mars destination links are from general knowledge of the expansions.
